Bleeding From Anus

Bleeding from anus is the most common and significant symptom of the hemorrhoid. It begins from a couple of blood drops during the defecation process. It happens because of damaging the hemorrhoid bundles full of blood, which have pathologic changes. If the disease is ignored and no treatment applied, in future the bleedings become more frequent and heavy. But some patients have more intensive bleedings since the very beginning of the disease. It depends very much on the patient's general state of health and other diseases he may suffer from.

If the hemorrhoid bleedings occur very often and a lot of blood is lost, there can be a danger to the patient's health or even life. But usually several blood drops can do no serious harm. Still, there can be some unpleasant consequences of often anal bleeding:

  1. Blood pressure lowering.
  2. Violations in cardiovascular system's work that can become the reasons of tachycardia.
  3. Anemia (lack of iron in a human organism).
Remember that ignoring your health problem leads to more serious diseases and don't hesitate to go to gastroenterologist if there's something wrong.
